At Woodlands we aim to provide a home from home nurturing caring experience where every child matters as they gain the foundations to secure them for their future success.

We believe every child is capable of learning, we balance risk with learning opportunities to enable the best experiences to help every child to thrive and reach their full potential. 

Outdoor learning is integral to Woodlands with free play, fresh air and plenty of exposure to the natural world. In addition to the outdoor learning experience, we aim to enrich learning in a play focused environment full of rich experiences where children can take part, think for themselves, gain knowledge, become resilient, gain skills that will lay a secure foundation on their next journey.

When children leave Woodlands to move onto school, they do with confidence in their abilities, excitement about their next steps and when this happens we say mission accomplished.
